WHY HR STUDIOS?

In the beginning, there is always an emotion. That’s how we start with every project. After all, this is what it is all about if we are being honest, – to create an emotion at the client, the observer and the final customer of the product.

Excitement, curiosity, lust, understanding, acknowledgment or disapproval, just to name a few.
To highlight each or one of this emotion, to capture or frame it is our task/ job.
HR Studios tells the stories behind these emotions to express and to set these into the spotlight.

Creator & Developer

HR Studios has set its focus on creating and producing HIGH-QUALITY CONTENT. Our specialties are photography, video production, animation, and postproduction. Head of the studio is Katarina Hildebrandt and Marco Rothenburger who combine both their passion and potential to offer each client a full spectrum on visual realizations.

Together we try to develop a depth into a consumer-driven world, that seemed long lost. We see us as experts in our field and give our knowledge and love to our work; yes this is our set standard.

Ein Festtagslook wie er sein sollte, dies dachte sich auch die Deutsche Vogue und nutze unser Beautyfoto des schönen Models Stasia von M4 Models als Weihnachsgruß 2017. Im Zuge des Wintertrends haben wir und mit dem Thema

Zum Thema haben wir uns hier eine warme Sommernacht in Kapstadt genommen, bzw. eine Homage an unsere Abende auf der Terasse geschaffen. Die blauen und metallischen Akzente symbolisieren das Licht des Mondes , welches sich in unserem Rotwein gespiegelt hat, umspielt von dem rosa Licht der Windleuchte und alles floss weich in das schwarz der Nacht. Die gelungene Interpretation unserer Vision verdanken wir dem talentierten Make-up Srtist Michael Mayer and dem wunderschönen Model Michelle Forsyth, reptäsentiert durch Icemodels. Die Natürlichkeit des Tageslichts und der Sommersprossen von Michelle bilden hierbei einen spannenden Kontrast zu den kräftigen Make-up looks.

Die international bekannte Hair&Make-up Artist Laetitia Lemak, unter Anderem bekannt durch ihre Arbeiten für LOV Cosmetics, hat für uns die wilden 70er neu interpretiert. Als Model hat sich uns die schöne Joline Heitmann, repräsentiert durch theindustry LA, zur verfügung gestellt um mit ihr dieses Editorial umzusetzen. Dieser look zeigt die klassischen halb hochgesteckten Haare, gekrönt von einer schwarzen Schleife in Verbindung mit einem schwarzen Eyeliner und braunem cut crease.

Für die Firma Juvéderm haben wir die neu designten Spritzen fotografiert. Ziel war es sowohl die Eigenschaften des jeweiligen Produktes zu verdeutlichen und dabei gleichzeitig die Angst vor der Injektion zu nehmen, indem wir die kleinen harmlosen Nadeln als das zeigen was sie sind: ein technisches Mittel zum Zweck.

Selflove, ein zeitgemäßes Thema. Wir vergleichen uns über social Media und sind auf der Suche nach dem perfekten Partner, der uns Blumen nach Hause sendet und seine Liebe beweist. Mit Filtern tauschen wir vor was wir nicht sind, doch was wäre wenn wir die vollen Lippen des

Sonnenaufgang in Kapstadt, mit dem Schauspieler und Model Martin Kuhlmann ist auch ein Shooting um diese Uhrzeit eine große Freude. Wir hatten das Vergnügen das Thema Anzugmode für Herren auf unsere Weise zu interpretieren. Dabei wollten wir unsere Sicht auf die Rolle des modernen Mannes verdeutlichen. Heutzutage wird von Männern Sensibiliät und Härte im gleichen Maße erwartet, dies zeigen wir durch den Kontrast von monochromer Klassik und der Wildheit des Meeres.

Katarina Hildebrandt and Marco Rothenburger. H & R. A true Love-Story that is based on the foundation of passion for photography. With lots of compassion for every project, Hildebrandt and Rothenburger have dedicated blood sweat and tears to their work and therefore take pride in the satisfaction of every client for decades.

Katarina is the feminine part of the HR Studios, the Ying to Marcos Yang. Her photographic style and esthetics are simply beautiful. She decided to live in Hamburg ten years ago and has been a part of the fashion and beauty world ever since. Known for her well-composed beauty editorials that present a balance of harmony and feminism, that comes deep from her heart. As an autodidact self, Katarina used her sense of style and confidence to create beautiful images. She loves to go into detail and is known for being well prepared and thoughtful. In postproduction, all of her skills make it easy to come up with a satisfying result- the perfect picture.

Marco is a Hamburg based fashion, beauty and still photographer and cofounder of HR Studios. If you get a closer look at his impressive resume it is easy to notice what he is driven by, passion. What he loves most about his job and photography is to work with and around all facets of personalities that give him the spices to heat new ideas that lead to always one of a kind result in imagery. With discipline and knowledge, Marco works on clean and well- structured pictures which a little taste of esprit.
